22 Mathworld
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/
It is nice that Eric Wettstein's site 'Mathworld' is again functioning. He had to close the site last year pending court decision in a law suit involving the material on the website. The website claims - the claim actually holds good - that this is the web's most exclusive Mathematics resource. There is even an alphabetical index through which you can find any topic of mathematics explained in a very succinct manner.

19 Mathtool.net
http://www.mathtools.net
This is a technical computing portal (Utah university) for scientific and engineering needs containing loads and loads of material plus over 20,000 useful links to technical computing programmers, covering MATLAB, Java, Excel, C/C+, Fortran and others.
The one that interested me was the graphing applet for cubical functions. This applet can be easily changed to graph quadratic functions and linear functions. To go to higher order functions, the html code has to be rewritten.

16 Euclide Dynageo
http://www.dynageo.de/

http://chronomath.irem.univ-mrs.fr/

5 Appetizers and Lessons for Mathematics and Reason (2002)
http://whyslopes.com
The website follows from inductive principles for the communication of skills and the  a deliberate collection or invention of appetizers, starter lessons and lesson sequences easily understood and repeated by students and teachers.  Understanding ideas, but lacking the words or talent to explain them directly and clearly to others with good reading and writing abilities indicated gaps in the comprehension of mathematics.  The work here aims to fill those gaps.
